As Communications Manager for HP's graphics printing business, Yotvat is responsible for creating a cross-organizational knowledge framework, supporting business strategy and employee engagement, by building and maintaining intra-organizational communications programs and channels throughout the business and within HP. She proactively seeks and establishes infrastructure with channels both digital and traditional, enhancing user experience. Yotvat, who joined HP in 2011, leads executive communications in the divisional management team and extended business management team member.

Prior to working at HP, Yotvat worked at Nordea L&P, a leading European financial services multinational, where she founded and headed the Corporate & Internal Communications headquarters' unit. She brought with her a solid background from several consultancy roles, as a Senior Management Advisor to the GM of Nordea L&P and as Strategy & Management Advisor. She combines the areas of business strategy and communication and has held, earlier in her career, several business and marketing consultancy positions within the high-tech, financial and logistics industries, as well as a full service in the Intelligence corps.

Yotvat holds a BSc. and an MSc. in International Business from the Copenhagen Business School and a BA in Political Science from Tel Aviv University.
