As Director of People Analytics, Data Science & Strategy at Anywhere Real Estate, he drives organizational effectiveness and workforce strategy for over 10,000 employees and 337,000 agents worldwide.
Previously at Fannie Mae, Tom led analytics and modeling initiatives that strengthened human capital strategy through advanced analytics, data architecture, and evidence-based decision-making. Earlier, at Deloitte, he specialized in global mobility analytics, HR technology, and workforce data optimization.
