Sijia Li is an innovative people scientist who excel at leveraging data and insights to solve talent challenges. She has 10+yrs experience in various aspects of talent management and analytics, including employee listening, leadership assessment and development, succession planning, coaching, strategic workforce planning, DEI, and performance management.

In her current role, Sijia leads the talent analytics & insights team for PepsiCo North America and is responsible for designing data visualization solutions as well as delivering talent intelligence to senior leadership to drive action. Dedicated and proactive, she is a problem-solver and consistently delivers results above and beyond.
