Sarah Burns is the Product Owner for Knowledge Management Platforms at CARE USA, where she leads the implementation of global knowledge management systems. Sarah has a Masters of Library and Information Studies with a focus on Knowledge Management from McGill University and has led organization-wide knowledge management programs in international NGOs for over ten years. She has worked with SharePoint since 2010 and Office 365 since 2016, and has designed the information architecture for many intranets, knowledge management systems, and digital workplaces. Her focus is on helping development organizations share knowledge and ensure their experience and expertise are being used to further their impact.
