Nick Gonzales is a user experience designer at American Family Insurance. Prior to joining American Family in 2017, Nick worked in design, digital marketing and communications at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and served as an executive board member for the Collegiate Information and Visitor Services Association.
At American Family, he is focused on designing corporate enterprise solutions that meet the needs of employees and agents. As a champion for the user, he translates customer insights and behaviors into thoughtful strategies and meaningful moments. Guided by user research, content strategy and information architecture, he delivers a customer-focused product experience.
