Nick brings technical expertise and deep knowledge of Sinequa's offering to the entire pre-sales process. Sales Engineers are able to understand and translate customers' needs, identifying technical capabilities and approaches to best address them.
• Partner with and support Sales Managers throughout the sales cycle, ensuring the technical win.
• Identify customer goals to scope and define Proofs-of-Concept and Pilots (including resource and timeline estimates) that address their needs and guides vision.
• Become a trusted advisor by demonstrating an understanding of the customer's business and how they can maximize value.
• Create and deliver tailored presentations that speak to Sinequa's capabilities, experience, and suitability for the prospect's goals.
• Oversee and manage the execution of PoCs.
• Give demonstrations of Sinequa software, explaining the benefits of its various features.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs, reviewing answers to technical questions.
