As Executive Director of People & Culture, local franchise- Indianapolis at Chick-fil-A, he leads strategic initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, drive talent development, and enhance employee engagement across teams.
Before joining Chick-fil-A, Nick held multiple leadership roles at Macy’s and Target, where he built high-performing teams and fostered customer-focused workplaces. Passionate about developing leaders and cultivating purpose-driven cultures, Nick brings a people-first approach to achieving lasting business impact.
