Neesham works in operational knowledge sharing & learning design within the international development domain. Her concentration in knowledge management is the design and implementation of knowledge management strategies & frameworks to surface and apply technical operational knowledge. Specifically, she focuses on applying change management approaches to increase organizational knowledge flow, facilitating institutional knowledge identification/capture/retention, and increasing the reuse of institutional knowledge for organizational efficiency and maximum client impact. She is experienced in the design and delivery of multi-stakeholder engagements (with a focus on South to South knowledge sharing) between governments, NGO, private sector, and international organizations.
She co-leads the World Bank Group Knowledge Management & Learning Community and is active in external professional associations. Her operational & policy experience includes access to finance, banking regulation, commercial bank downscaling, and natural disaster risk mitigation. She holds an MSc in Agricultural, Environmental, and Development Economics and a BA in International Studies and Economics from The Ohio State University.
