Prior to joining Microsoft, Naomi Moneypenny was Chief Technology Officer at ManyWorlds where she led their Research and Development team for the expertise graphing, recommendation & machine learning engine for Office 365, SharePoint, Yammer and Tibbr.  Naomi has deployed Office 365, including Yammer, with some of the world’s largest organizations.  Naomi’s particular focus for these deployments is on business transformation and involves a deep understanding of the interplay between business process alignment, technology, and behavioral change.  Before moving into the world of software, Naomi was a Senior Business & IT Strategist at the Royal Dutch/Shell Group. She developed advanced business strategies for business units and led Shell global technology forecasts & KM strategy.
