Mary Desmond is the Morgan Stanley Jive Strategist and Community Manager. She is a member of Morgan Stanley’s Internal Communications team which drives the Firm’s employee engagement initiatives. Mary believes that when employees can easily connect to the people and information they need to complete their work, they will engage more fully in their jobs and be more fulfilled personally and professionally. She has a Masters of Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a BA from the Syracuse University Newhouse School of Public Communications.
