She thrives on Ideating, designing and executing initiatives and leveraging business insights to identify, influence and implement positive improvements in the employee experience.
In her current role she is an HRBP Manager at Netflix where she is supporting and driving the strategic initiatives for Finance & Operations organization. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Labor Relationships from Cornell University and is an MMS ACSTH certified coach.
