• Drive thought leadership within the organization with presentations and architectural models. Currently spearheading Programs around Intranet on Mobile, Chatbots, and New-Gen Digital Experience Platform
• Drive rock-solid operations to streamline support processes. Invest in talent acquisition, cross training, and upskilling resources to cater for current and future business needs
