Provides executive communication support and advice to the head of Wells Fargo Virtual Channels (comprised of 14,000 team members who support Wells Fargo’s mobile, internet and Contact Center channels), as well developing compelling internal storytelling via Wells Fargo Teamworks (intranet), video, and internal social channels.
• Develop and execute an executive communications plan for the head of WFVC to engage with teams, help drive change, and rebuild trust. Some examples include monthly written messages, quarterly video messages, Town Halls, leader meetings, and timely communications to address current events.
• Create and implement strategic communication plans that further WFVC’s mission and vision through executive communications and storytelling.
• Diversify storytelling channels with interactive elements to build team member engagement.
• Connect multiple groups, teams and leaders to a shared set of messages and best practices: Partner effectively with different internal organizations and teams to drive communications through multiple channels.
• Actively consult and advise senior leaders: Demonstrate thought-leadership, proactive consulting and coaching to help leaders become best-in-class communicators and to reach internal audiences in engaging and effective ways.
• Partner closely with WFVC external/media relations team and corporate communications.
