Lead a three part Presales team focused on driving global Presales Go-To Market (GTM) best practice business model execution, definition and adoption. The team is aligned as follows:
1. Presales Field Operations: Defines, deploys and continually enhances global Presales operational best practices and associated tools
2. Transformation: Collaborates with regional Presales leadership teams in adapting global Presales GTM guidance to regional specific needs. Additionally the team does the following:
• Assist regions in benchmarking their current overall GTM performance level and defining actions plans focused on driving continuous improvement
• Delivering soft skill workshops focused on on-boarding new employees as well as optimizing existing employee soft-skill efficiency and effectiveness
• Handling post-merger integration services for newly acquired companies
3. Emerging Presales: A global Presales team supporting new and niche solutions. The team focuses on the following:
• Working with Solution Management to build GTM Execution plan
• Supporting early sales cycles focused on landing lighthouse customers
• Hiring and on-boarding initial Presales specialists
• Developing core emerging solution Presales GTM assets
• Working with the regions to build emerging solution self sufficiency
