Kelly Kick is the communications technology and operations manager at American Family Insurance with experience in communication strategy, technology project management and leadership. She leads strategy and planning for communication technologies used to reach 18,000+ employees and sales force members, including the corporate intranet and enterprise social network. Recently she led the launch of a new personalized intranet home page and is now focused on improving the user experience of the entire intranet.
