I guide a team focused on bringing in great talent and making sure they feel connected, challenged, and proud to be here. From tech implementations to branding to community engagement, I believe HR and TA are most powerful when they're strategic, human, and deeply aligned with business goals.

I also lead our corporate community committee, tying our people to meaningful action inside and outside the company.
