Jennifer Michael (CFA, MBA) directs the Knowledge Management Program for the Bechtel Global Corporation.

She has worked in the fields of KM, government affairs, energy and finance and economics for the last 23 years.  In her present position she oversees a global team that manages key initiatives in the areas of knowledge transfer, enterprise KM strategy, communities of practice, and KM projects to improve business performance. Jennifer is an active member of the US-based Knowledge Leaders Council, the KM Association of DC and the KM E&P Roundtable of Houston.
