My strength is centered on Information & Knowledge Management and driving innovation via strategically reviewing and suggesting management processes, resources and solutions for organizations. This includes managing our SharePoint implementation team, global records management systems, internal digital communications, intranet sites, digital asset management systems and global social library solutions.  In addition, I conduct all training around these systems and I work to manage our budget and contract negotiations with multiple vendors. I am an excellent project manager with experience managing large project implementations such as:

• SharePoint 2013 business requirements, project management, change management, user adoption and training for our global company of 2,000 employees.
• Global records management system:  developed business case and team member for implantation of global system.  Increasing our collection to over 100,000 digital corporate records
• Knowledge Services:   created first department and expanded team to include digital and internal communications members.  Increased access to global documentation from 300 users to 2000 users through web based social library solution, saved over $100,000 in year one with this solution.
• Manage and administer our company intranet site with focus on content and current events/news.
• Skilled in delivering over 50 trainings per year, to the very technical (worldwide administrators, IT) to employees consuming information (Scientists, Executives, Finance) through various media including web conference trainings, news feeds, and in-person.
