Frank Pathyil is a digital workplace technologist, evangelist, and strategist and he currently serves as Workgrid’s Director of Partner Strategy. Prior to Workgrid, Frank held several roles at intranet vendors and consulting firms during the earliest days of digital workplace transformation. Since joining Workgrid, Frank has been helping organizations understand the imperative role employee experience plays within the digital workplace, providing guidance to make the paradigm shift from a technology-first focus to one that prioritizes employees’ needs.
