In this role I serve as an advisor/business partner to managers, leaders, and internal stakeholders providing internal guidance to enhance overall communication effectiveness through best practices and communication methodologies. I thrive in developing and managing communication plans, identifying two-way communication opportunities, and drafting key messaging. In addition to managing our company intranet platform, I create all types of communications including emails, intranet copy, presentations, mailers, manager tool kits, social media-style and video content with the goal of generating excitement and support of company wide initiatives, Vision, and Mission.
