Ellen leads technology, marketing and digital services teams, specializing in digital strategy and product development for marketing and business solutions. Her work bridges business and IT in support of a wide array of use cases for diverse industries, focusing on customized solutions that leverage experience design (user experience and service design) as well as Web, mobile, CRM and ERP technology to create business transformation and efficiency.
Ellen is serving as an executive of Avanade, leading the Digital Business for the Northeast Region. Avanade is a global IT services firm with a mature digital agency offering that maximizes innovation for clients undergoing incremental or wide-scale digital transformation.
Previous to Avanade, Ellen consulted on business expansion, business development and change initiatives for two European agencies. Prior to that, she led the commercial side of a New York digital agency, consulting clients and teams on enterprise marketing and technology solutions. A liaison between business and technology, her work ranges from strategy consulting, solutions design, program management and delivery oversight to business development (player/coach), including account management, team management, and channel and partner development.
