The senior marketing and communication executive, reporting to the COO:
- Serve on the Senior Leadership Team
- Partner with the business units and other corporate functions to help meet their goals
- Oversee the teams for marketing and brand strategy, marketing communication, digital marketing, internal communication, creative/design services, market research and proposal development, which consist of high performing strategic, creative and operational staff.
- With people development and team dynamic as top priorities, established an annual 3-day retreat that brings together my staff from seven offices to learn with and from each other and socialize, with an agenda developed entirely by members of the team at all levels.
- As part of broader leadership function, co-lead a project to review and make recommendations for company structure.
- Provide direction in development of a collaboration approach for the company.
- Advise on development and roll-out of firm's organic growth initiative.
