Gui Batista has nearly two decades of experience in digital workplace strategy, communications, and technology. He has completed over 1,200 implementations over his career to date. He began his career by modernizing legacy intranet systems, transitioning Easter Seals HQ to Jive Software’s SaaS cloud platform. He later joined Jive’s professional services team, where he helped over 100 Fortune 500 companies implement digital workplace solutions. Gui went on to lead enterprise-focused consulting teams at IGLOO Software and LumApps, where he developed professional services methodologies and managed large-scale platform migrations and implementations. In 2020, he founded Agora, a consultancy specializing in digital workplace strategy, implementation, change management and migration. Under his leadership, the Agora team has supported over 500 organizations across industries, facilitating seamless transitions to and from platforms like Jive, Confluence, Google Sites, SharePoint, and more.

Mai Ly has been with we.CONECT Global Leaders GmbH since 2024. With a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a background in sales and communications, she has developed skills in understanding customer needs, supporting product improvements, and enhancing team communication. Her various roles have allowed her to grow these abilities and reflect her passion for continuous learning and her dedication to connecting with others.
