As an internal communications leader and change agent Loni helps colleagues connect and collaborate, via a digital workplace, to find and access the information and resources they need to do their jobs, stay connected, and informed about company culture and strategy. She is passionate about helping others learn new ways of working and specializes in intranets and enterprise social community building.

With over 15 years of internal communications, intranet experience, and multiple certifications, Loni has positioned herself as an expert in the digital workplace. She has been a Microsoft Most Valued Professional (MVP) in the Microsoft 365 Apps & Services category since 2016 for her work and advocacy of Viva Engage (Yammer) and the Microsoft 365 suite.

Loni earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the College of Mount Saint Vincent in New York where she majored in Journalism and Business.
