As the Director of People Analytics & Data Solutions at T. Rowe Price, I lead a team of data professionals who deliver people analytics insights for strategic decision making, integrate data sources, drive technology adoption, and build data capabilities. With around a decade of experience in the asset management industry, I have a deep understanding of the business needs and challenges, and how to leverage data to optimize performance, engagement, and retention.
I have a Master's Degree in Data Analytics Engineering from George Mason University and am skilled in analytical tools and techniques, such as data visualization, communication, data science, reporting, data management, and predictive analytics. I am passionate about empowering people and organizations with data-driven solutions that enhance their value and impact. My goal is to advance the people analytics journey at T. Rowe Price and beyond, by fostering a culture of data literacy, curiosity, and innovation.
