Serving as the Director of People Analytics at the National Basketball Association (NBA), Kenneth partners with senior executives to translate complex data into actionable strategies that inform board-level decisions and deliver measurable business impact. His prior roles include leadership positions at ZT Systems, Away, Macy's, and Achievement First, where he honed his skills in talent strategy, data governance, and operational excellence.
