The client tickets are intended for your end customers exclusively, not for solution providers or consultants. However, if we receive a booking from a solution provider or consultant, we reserve the right to cancel it. We try to make the process as simple as possible to save you time and effort. From May 06th, your clients will have to go through the confirmation process, so take your chance now!

Approvement process from May 06th :
After receiving the relevant data about your candidates for the client tickets (name, company, position, email address) we will check them internally. It is important to inform us of the proposals before your clients are officially invited.
In the second step you will receive feedback from us and ideally be able to invite your desired contacts.
Brief process description:
- Sending the candidates for the client tickets
- Feedback by we.CONECT about your candidates
- You invite your candidates to the event
- Feedback to we.CONECT – who has accepted the invitation
- we.CONECT sends a confirmation mail with you in CC to your clients with all relevant information regarding the event
You have the option of sending us the data by e-mail or as an Excel file.
