Not many projects that come your way probably grab your entire attention and make you put in the extra work to exceed expectations and meet the set targets. And what does a dedication, commitment and tenacity deserve? Exactly, recognition and a true celebration! Join us for the Award ceremony  in Chicago and share your success with your peers.

The award will celebrate outstanding efforts among the intranet community. Our expert jury will review the applications and nominate the best projects. Taking place on the evening of the first day of the conference, 22nd of July 2021,  the award ceremony will bring the nominees the recognition they deserve during a live-voting session with the largest intranet community and knowledge management decision-makers.

March 15, 2021 – May 15, 2021: Submit your project by filling in the online application form

REVIEW

May 16 – May 30, 2021: Our expert jury will review all the applications

NOMINATION

1st of June: The nominees will be announced and asked to prepare a short video presenting their award projects. The video should be submitted before October 9th

CEREMONY

July 22nd: The winners of the Intra.NET Reloaded USA Award will be announced during a live-voting session

Terms & Conditions

Application

  • No applications will be considered after the deadline of October 23rd
  • Only end-user applications will be reviewed by the jury (except for the category “Best customer success story”)
  • All applications must be submitted in English
  • Only applicants who have completed the award application with all required details will be nominated for each category.
  • Your award application must refer to a collaboration or knowledge management technology, strategy or  project in your company.
  • Only projects that have been implemented or are already in an implementation phase are being considered. The project implementation of the project must not date back longer than 2 years.
  • By submitting the application, you agree to the terms &conditions of we.CONECT Global Leaders GmbH

Nomination

  • All nominees will be asked to prepare a 2 minute-long video showcasing their project. Style, format and content can be based on individual / corporate design
  • The video will be shown live on stage during the award ceremony taking place on December 2nd at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront, Boston
  • Failure to provide a video/presentation may result in disqualification
  • All nominees must attend the award ceremony or send representative

Publication

  • We reserve the right to publish your project under your name and company name respectively. It is therefore advisable to ensure that all submissions are fully approved by your organisation before applying
  • Besides being used for evaluation-purposes, the information provided by applicants may be published on further channels by we.CONECT Global Leaders GmbH.
